The Calendar details all the medieval re-enactment events that College members will be present at. This includes events we run ourselves, and also events run by other groups where appropriate. More events will be added to this list as soon as we confirm that we will be present there. Other events in the Barony can be found on the Ildhafn Calendar, and major Kingdom events are listed on the Lochac Calendar.

Regular Meetings:

	Monday Nights	7:30pm	Arts and Sciences / Singing Night	A regular gathering of Ildhafn gentles wishing to know more about arts and crafts in the Middle Ages. The Barony's singers also convene on this night to learn to perform well-known works of medieval music.
	Wednesday Nights	7:00pm	Weekly Meeting	The College's weekly gathering, where we discuss a range of topics relating to medieval re-enactment every week.
	Thursday Nights	7:30pm	Dance Workshop	The dancers of the Barony discuss and perform some of the more complex period dances, led by Mistress Katharine Weyssin von Regenspurk.
	Saturday Afternoons*	3:00pm	Archery Practice	Members of the College and the Barony congregate to improve their skills with the bow and arrow.
	Sunday Mornings	10:00am	Stitch and Bitch / Herbology Meeting	A weekly meeting to discuss either medieval embroidery and the techniques used to embroider complicated patterns, or period means of using herbs in cuisine or medicine.
	Sunday Afternoons	10:00am	Fencing Training	An afternoon session to practise the techniques and footwork involved in 16th-century Italian Renaissance rapier combat.
	Sunday Afternoons	12:30pm	Heavy Combat Training	A weekly training session for the heavy fighters of Ildhafn to practise technique, spar and discuss all things relating to SCA heavy combat.

* This practice occurs every second and fourth Saturday of the month. The date schedule for this practice is as follows.

Future Events:

	September 12th - 14th 2008	Bal d'Argent / Baronial Investiture	Lochac's finest dancers will be on hand for the Bal d'Argent, a spectacle of music, dance, costume and masque not to be missed.
	October 11th 2008	Frostbane Festival	The College hosts its biggest event of the year, replete with combat tournaments of all varieties and a grand feast prepared by the College's best cooks.
	December 5th - 7th 2008	St Catherine's Faire	The Barony of Ildhafn hosts its annual grand camping event, and all members of the populace will be called to war in diverse ways, competing for a grand prize of three cheers and bragging rights.
	February 2nd - 8th 2008	Canterbury Faire	The finest fighters, craftsmen, tailors, musicians and dancers in the Kingdom will gather in Southron Gaard for Canterbury Faire, the biggest and most anticipated annual event in the Crescent Isles.
